Cornelia Horwood, (Lindesmith)
Sept. 7, 1928 – Sept 25, 2025
Died at Digby General Hospital, Digby, Nova Scotia on Sept.25, 2025 after a brief illness.
Born and raised in Northfield Minnesota, she spent the second part of her life in Newfoundland and Nova Scotia.
She had a lifelong interest in the pursuit of knowledge and took great joy in sharing it.
She will be missed by her eight children, ten grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and all her many friends and acquaintances.
Special thanks to the nursing staff in the emergency department at the Digby Hospital, Dr. Mazeroll and Dr. Balser and her good friend and care giver during her last few months, Peter Zavitz.
