My Dear Aunt Leora you will be so missed! I remember you so well. Always a smile for us and a treat when we were small. Then there were the long treks back home from Alberta to Nova Scotia which were always enjoyable because we got to see you along the way. After all, you and my dad Bud Hatfield shared the same birthday albeit one year apart! Mom & Dad spoke of you often especially after the annual birthday telephone call. Our last in person visit was in 2014 when we brought Dad down home for a visit. I was excited to meet Leonard. I was also excited for my husband Joe to meet you, this special person in my life. I know you will be looking after everyone from above. May God hold you in the hollow of his hand until we meet again. Your niece, Laura Moran

I have many fond, funny and loving memories of Nanny Hatfield, she was always a loving part of the Moore family too, ever since Andrea (her beautiful granddaughter) was married to my brother Donnie (now predeceased). Nanny Hatfield and Donnie always enjoyed a special relationship and loved their chats and tea. She was very special in being there for Donnie, when he needed her. Sincere sympathy and love is offered to Leonard, and their families, esp. my dear Cape Breton, now P.E.I. - sister in-law Andrea, Jeff (Dalziel) , Shelby, Allanna & Jaris . I loved you too, RIP Nanny Hatfield-Tingley and enjoy your chats and tea with all your loved ones that have gone on before. Sincerely, Earla Moore and family.

To all Leora's family and step-family and especially to Leonard, I extend deepest sympathies to you on your loss. I know due to COVID19 many of you will not be able to be here for the service and I will not have the privilege of meeting you in person. However, my thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. May God grant you His peace.
