Dear Francis's
I will always remember your mom for her great baking/cooking. One Christmas when I was visiting your home, your mother was making chocolates. Well I thought your mom was from heaven. Never did I imagine that anyone could do such a thing and I was thrilled to be given such a treat.
Once my mom made the statement that your mom was "the closet thing to a Saint that I know" and I believe she was spot on!

Having worked with Teresa for several years, I have heard many stories about her mom and saw how much she was cherished by her family. So sorry for the loss of your Mom. I spent a lot of time at the Francis Home with Mary Pat when we were much younger. Mary always offered tea and treats. I felt so welcome and was invited to a lot of family functions. Her sausage rolls were the best ever. Cherish your memories, you will always have her in your hearts.Rip
