Dear Dianne, and all those who loved and lived in part of your Mother's life. Mothers are never gone because we keep them in our hearts and in our minds. Thank God for Moms and also wonderful memories. I have always found comfort in the poem "A Mother's Walk" written by Tiffany Bailey. I'd like to share a few lines from it with you all. God's blessings & comfort on all of you.
The mother said - "I have reached the end of my journey. I now know that the end is better than the beginning, for my children can walk alone, and their children after them."
The children said - "You will always walk with us, Mother, even when you have gone through the gates"
They stood and watched her as she went on alone. The gates closed after her.
The children said, "We cannot see her, but she is still with us. A mother like ours is more than a memory. She is a living presence."
