Getting to know Charlie through his sister, Frances, was a great pleasure. I knew him as a dedicated brother, loving husband and a generous soul. It was always a pleasure to see him and watch him interact w all his sisters friends. He was family.
Charlie filled my heart when he took the responsibility of burying Frances's roommate and friend, Doris, as she had no family of her own. He was a wonderful man.
