Obituary of Arthur 'Max' Bent

Bent, Arthur “Max” – 73, of Annapolis Royal, passed away suddenly at home June 7, 2022. Born in Annapolis Royal, January 23, 1949, he was the son of the late Arthur and Marie (Longmire) Bent. Through his working career Max had many odd jobs; fishing, oil fields, and car sales, which he did for many years and truly enjoyed it. Those who knew Max, knew he was a character. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Max is survived by siblings, Pam Carter, Saint John, NB and Rick Clement, Berwick; several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by sisters, Sandra Clement, Audrey Clement and Joyce Tooker. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Annapolis Royal. A reception to celebrate Max’s life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Annapolis Royal, Tuesday, June 14 from 6pm to 8pm.
