Obituary of Robert Arnold Reece

Robert Arnold Reece, 70 of West Paradise, passed away peacefully July 19, 2022 in the QEII Infirmary, Halifax, with his loving family at his side.  Robert was the son of Arnold “Arnie” and Helen (Barnes) Reece of Bridgetown.  He was an uncomplicated man.  His family and grandsons and pup Louie were his greatest treasures.  Outside work was his pleasure.  Robert is survived by his wife of 37 years Karen (Guest); daughter, Jennifer (Sheldon) Newman, Greenwood; son, Jeremy (Marsha), Digby; grandsons, Landon Reece (mother Allison) and Jack Newman; sister, Mary; nieces and nephews.  Besides his parents he was predeceased by his sister, Sharon and brother in-law, David Surette.  A graveside service will be held 3:00 pm Saturday July 23, 2022, at Evergreen Cemetery, West Paradise, with Rev. Eugene Foster officiating.  A reception will follow in the West Paradise Community Hall.  Donations in memory of Robert may be made to the Evergreen Cemetery or the Nova Scotia Heart & Stroke Foundation.  On line condolences may be made at www.kaulbachfamilyfuneralhome.com
