Welsford was a wonderful Brother-in-law, always had a twinkle in his eyes, and a smile as wide as the sky. Could he ever tell a story of the olden days that would keep you on the edge of your chair in rapt attention. He also had a very kind heart and soul. He will most definitely be missed. Yes, we'll miss you, Brother Dear, but we will meet again in the Good Lord's timing. God Bless your precious family in the meantime.
