Obituary of James Henry Hudgins

Hudgins, James Henry, 89 of Youngs Cove, Anna. Co. passed away August 5, 2023 in the Annapolis Community Health Centre, Annapolis Royal. Born in Youngs Cove he was the son of the late Alvah and Alice (Guest) Hudgins.  

James is survived by daughters: Jocelyn of Middleton, Rosalie (Dennis) Taylor of Paradise, Tina (Larry) Rex of Kentville; son Kevin (Karen) of Youngs Cove; step-daughters Sonia LaRose of Fall River and Norma (Tony) Hudson of Youngs Cove; 8 grandchildren; sister Phyllis Hiltz of Halifax and special friend Marion Young. He was predeceased by his wife Adeline, common law partner LeVern White; sisters: Florence, Lela, Sereatha ; brother Nelson.

Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Bridgetown. Private family burial will take place at a later date. The family would like to thank Dr. Ken Buchholz and the staff at the Annapolis Community Health Centre for the compassionate care they provided for James.
