Obituary of Aaron Joseph Chute

Please share a memory of Aaron to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Chute, Aaron Joseph - 47, of Bridgetown, passed away November 28, 2023, in Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Middleton. Born in Middleton, October 9, 1976, he was the son of Gerald “Gerry” (Pat) Chute and Joanne (Magarvey) Chute.

Aaron was a heavy equipment operator, who worked hard. He loved spending his time on the West Coast. Those who knew him knew that he was a jokester, who was ambitious and mischievous, full of love, but most of all a great father and a great friend. His children were his proudest accomplishments. Aaron loved all kids, and always made a little extra time and showed interest in whatever they were doing.  In his spare time, Aaron loved to play hockey and golf, camping and spending time with family and friends. He loved to travel, and wanted to live life to the fullest and wanted that for others as well.

Aaron is survived by his partner of 11 years, Jennifer Marshall; daughters, Megan and Mia of Yarmouth; Jennifer’s children, Brandon and Mara Smith of Bridgetown; father Gerald “Gerry” (Pat) of Smiths Cove; mother, Joanne (Magarvey) Chute, Parkers Cove; brother, Gerry Jr.; sister in-law, Stacey; nieces, Lyndsey and Hanna, all of Florida; nephew, Brady; his fur babies, Levi and Fletcher; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and many many friends

The family wishes to thank the nursing staff of the Halifax, Kentville, Middleton (3rd Floor) Hospitals, VON and the staff of the Bridgetown Pharmacy; as well as the friends and family members who so graciously gave to the Go Fund Me page that helped Aaron tremendously throughout his journey. To those friends, who have been there with him through it all, we can’t thank you enough.

Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Bridgetown. A celebration of Aarons life will take place  2:00 pm, Saturday, December 30, 2023 at the Bridgetown Fire Hall with Pastor Herb Anderson officiating.  Please dress casual. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery. Donations in Aaron’s memory may be made to his daughters, Megan and Mia. Online condolences may be made at www.kaulbachfamilyfuneralhome.com

Rest in Peace Aaron, we love you”
