Dear Lori, Ryan, Kevan, Kody, family and friends of Paul,
Paul and Lori moved to Nova Scotia and soon met up with many local Nova Scotians and soon became true Bluenosers in a short time. Their love for our province shone in their hearts with the conversations they had with folks! We had the pleasure of golfing with them and enjoyed every moment. Paul, once filled in for me for a golf tournament with Lori and two other gals because I was not able to attend at the last moment. He was a real gentleman. He loved golf so much that he was out and finished 18 holes before we Ladies started our game at 10:00. It must have been the salt air or the fog that got him up and going.
Paul bought a little red truck from Steve, to sport around the country roads to golf with friends in the valley or down the French shore. He had a special friend there, who had a golf simulator, that caught Paul’s attention! A wonderful invention! No one loves the French shore like we valley people, or at least we do! Paul and Lori met us at White Point on the South Shore of NS, this past Christmas. We had a wonderful time walking the golf course and the shoreline, eating good food, listening to some great music in the lounge and enjoying each other company. A memorable time Steve and I will cherish. Paul was a wonderful friend! We will miss him! Our condolences to Lori, Ryan Kevan, Kody and Paul’s family and friends! God bless each of you as you remember the wonderful times you shared with Paul! I know we will.
With our sympathy and love,
Steve and Mary Helen

I can't express how much I'm going to miss him. I know that this would come eventually but it still hurts knowing he'll never get to see me start high school, graduate, and I never get to feel him hug me again or call me peanut. He was my Grumpy, and I'm never gonna let go of the cherished memories I have with him.

Uncle Paul,
It greatly saddens us to say goodbye (for now) as you make your way to a better place. We all loved you dearly and you were always an absolute pleasure to be around. You lived your life with integrity and kindness and that never changed over the years. Your presence will be deeply missed but fondly remembered. Rest in peace Paul. May all your drives be long and straight, and all of your putts be center cut.
With admiration, gratitude and love,
Jay, Aggie, Frankie and Daniel
