Obituary of Donald E. Hannam

Hannam, Donald Edward, 75 of West Dalhousie, Anna. Co., passed away Sept 11, 2012 in the QEII Health Sciences Center, Halifax. Born in West Dalhousie, he was a son of the late Percey and Ruth (Knight) Hannam. Donnie worked in plumbing, heating and electrical for many years. He loved to hunt, fish and trap. He was well liked by everyone he knew. He was a hard worker and loved doing things with his family. He is survived by his wife the former Myrna Raymond; sons, Don Jr. (Bonnie), Robert (Maureen) of West Dalhousie, Chris of Toronto; grandsons, Justin and Mack; great grandson, Cohen; sister, Marilyn (Louie) Walker of Digby, Gloria (Al) Kneupher- Raymond of New Hampshire, several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, brother Austin, and great nephew Orry Ruggles. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Bridgetown. There will be no service by family request. He will be missed by his family and friends. We have lost a special person from our lives. Donations in Don's memory may be sent to the Canadian Cancer Society.
