Patriquin, Aubrey Ellsworth - 82, Beaconsfield. It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Aubrey Ellsworth Patriquin, Monday, October 01, 2012, in Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Middleton. Born in Hampton, he was the son of the late Lewis and Eva (Foster) Patriquin. Aubrey worked at Acadian Distilleries for over 30 years. He enjoyed wood working and built 100 lighthouses that went all over the USA and Canada. Among other things he also enjoyed cribbage and crokinole. Aubrey is survived by his wife, Irene; daughters, Margo (Tony) Oakes, Halifax; Lisa (Dr. Chanse Holder), Trenton, Ontario; eight grandchildren, Suzi, Cassie, Tyler, Dallas, Marshall, Ethan, Travis, Jace. Predeceased by son, Danny; sisters, Dorothy, Marion, Evelyn, and Nora; brother, Royal. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Kaulbach Family Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Bridgetown. A funeral service will be held 2:00pm, Thursday, October 4, 2012, from the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Bridgetown with Rev. Dr. George P. Allen officiating. Burial to follow in Hampton Cemetery. Family flowers only by request. Donations in Aubrey's memory may be made to Nova Scotia Heart and Stroke or to Nova Scotia Lung Association.
