Obituary of Matilda Grant

Grant, Matilda May, 91of Clarence passed away November 9, 2013 in Grand View Manor, Berwick. Born in Arlington, Anna. Co. she was a daughter of the late Randolph and Lula Sabean. Matilda was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She was a good gardener and loved flowers as well as being an excellent cook. Matilda was a life long member of the Clarence Baptist Church and read my Bible every day. She is survived by sons: Glen (Judy) of Berwick, Rodney of Bridgetown; daughters: Myrtle ( John Daurie) of New Minas, Carolyn ( Cliff Salsman) of Deep Brook; brother Ernest Vidito of Young's Cove; grandchildren: Larry, Jeff ( Lisa), Vera (Brad), Mary (Wade), Bradley (Theresa), Adrian (Velvet), Aaron (Jessie), Norva, Heather (Jimmy); great grandchildren: Brittany, Braden, Samantha, Cameron, Natasha, Nathaniel, Jeremy, Felicity, Chloe, Erica, Ashley, Jackson, Damien, Austin, Chelsea, Destiny; great great grandchildren: Braden, Shyene, Maria. She was predeceased by her husband Freeman; sons: Ronald, Blair; brothers: Joe and Stanley, sisters: Margaret, Hilda and Evangeline, daughter-in-law Vern Visitation will be held Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. in the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Bridgetown. Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday from the Clarence Baptist Church with Pastor Clyde Lowe officiating. Burial will be in the Paradise Cemetery. Flowers are welcome.
