Willis, Bertha Beverly 'Bev' - 79, of Bridgetown, passed away on March 29, 2014, in Mountain Lea Lodge, Bridgetown. Born October 10, 1934, in Little River, Digby County, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Gladys (Farnsworth) Frost. In her younger years Beverly loved to travel and enjoyed life being with her friends. She is survived by her step-son, Robert (Jeannette) Willis, Nanoose Bay, B.C.; several step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren in B.C. and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her loving husband, John (Jack) William Willis (1910 - 1995); step-daughter, Elsie (Gordon) Volker, Enderby, B.C.; sisters, Corinne Brady, Retha (Frosty) Smith, Marion Walker; brothers, Irving Farnsworth, Earl Frost. At Beverly's request there will be no visitation. A funeral service will be held 11:00 am Wednesday, April 2, 2014, from the Bridgetown Baptist Church, with Rev. Brian Wallace officiating. Interment at the later date in the Hillside Cemetery, Little River, Digby County. Family Flowers only.
