Obituary of Pauline Marguerite Apt

Apt, Pauline Marguerite - 88, of Port Wade, Annapolis County, passed away peacefully on June 22, 2015 in the Annapolis Community Health Centre surrounded by her loved ones. Pauline was a true hobbyist, she enjoyed knitting, crocheting, reading, working in her gardens, going to jam sessions and the Toronto Blue Jays. She also made amazing birthday cakes for family members and enjoyed bird watching. She is survived by daughter, Susan Apt, Port Wade; sons, Donald (Christine), Parker Mountain Road, Gary (Sandra), Cambridge and Ralph, Annapolis Royal; seven grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren; brothers, William (Ethel) Ellis, Parkers Cove, Steve (Rose) Ellis, Lequille and Percy (Diane) Ellis, Carlton; sisters, Nancy (Robert) Irving, Baxter Harbor, Joyce (Claire) Halliday, Hillsburn, Jessie Fox and Dorothy Ellis, both of Granville Ferry. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Boyd; brothers, Lawrence, Robert, Roger and Charles; sisters, Emma and Hilda. A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday June 25, 2015, in Kaulbach Family Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Annapolis Royal, with Rev. Terry Musgreave officiating.
