I wish to extend to Pat and her family my deepest sense of sympathy in the loss of Carrie. I knew Carrie well from my monthly visits to Crosskill Court - she was an exuberant and happy person who enjoyed her time there so thoroughly.

Carrie's Family: So very, very sorry for your great loss. Carrie and Lawrence were friends of my parents as well as Lawrence worked with my father. When I think of Carrie, I think of goodness, laughter and happiness. Esther and I visited Carrie in Berwick and she was the same old Carrie! I was fortunate enough to have seen Carrie a couple of times in Middleton as well. Always, upon leaving, my thoughts were to aspire to Carrie's spirit. I can hear her now laughing with Lawrence in heaven!
Sincerely,
Carolyn McNeil Crowell

Pat and family: Sending sincere condolences yo you all.
I have enjoyed Carrie very much over this past year of visiting! She continued to laugh , to share stories ,and we laughed as we shared many memories from long ago. She had a special place in my heart as she was the last surviving member of the afternoon tea party girls. Having tea and treats with Carrie, Nell, Leota, Barnie and my mother are one of my first memories of living in Bridgetown. Again, so many laughs! She will certainly be missed. She always brightened my day!
Sincerely, Heather Lonergan

I have many fond memories of Carrie and Lawrence.
You could hear Carrie and Nell Fisher having tea and laughing from my house across the street from Nell and up the street from Carrie.
My grandfather worked with Lawrence at the power company for many years.
My condolences to the family.
