Obituary of Twila Betty Rafuse

Rafuse, Twila Betty, 82, of Parkers Cove passed away December 25, 2015 at home. Born in Litchfield she was a daughter of the late Boyd and Vera (Halliday) Longmire. Twila was a member of the Parkers Cove Baptist Church. Family was most important to Twila and she enjoyed visits from family and friends. She is survived by her husband of 64 years Leon, sons: Glen (Marilyn) of Clementsvale, Craig (Edith) of Litchfield, Jeffrey of Parkers Cove, daughters: Heather Rafuse of Bridgetown, Crystal (Herb) Taylor of Red Deer, Melissa (Kirk) Longmire of Coldbrook; sisters; Beverly (Bill) Thibodeau of Granville Center, Connie Longmire of Parker Mtn. Road, Nancy (Rodney) Magarvey of Parkers Cove; brothers: Robert of Annapolis Royal, Wayne (Myra) of Hillsburn and Sonny (Alana) of Digby; 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Wednesday December 30, 2015 from 7-9 in the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Annapolis Royal. Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. December 31, 2015 from the Parkers Cove Baptist Church with Pastor Ewen MacKillop officiating assisted by Herb Taylor.
