I was truly sadden today when I heard of Mary`s passing. Mary is now free her Heavenly Father has restored her to a perfect self. She was a strong witness to her faith, this we all should aspire too. Mary is free but those who knew will
find an ache in their heart.

Mary has been my neighbor for a long time. For the past few years, I have taken her grocery shopping each week, and have come to know her quite well as a very caring, 'cat-loving' independent and capable woman, despite the after-effects from her first stroke. She trimmed the hedge, tended her bird feeders, grew tomatoes and flowers on her deck, painted her yard bench, and every year, made SURE to buy a Christmas Tree and get it put up and trimmed....and then carried to the curb after the New Year. She walked faithfully, 'three times a day" as her Dr. said she should, and attended many events and groups at ARNH, where she had worked before her retirement. Everyone in Annapolis Royal knew Mary...and I am certain she has been missed since her recent illness, and will continue to be missed. i will miss my friend. my condolences to all Mary's family
