To Dan, Phyllis and all who are saddened by Bobby's passing I extend my heart felt sympathy. As next door neighbour I was one of many who was privileged to share the bounty of the family peach tree. If I needed advice when cooking, preserving or baking next door was where I could get it. Alas time moves on Dan is the only one of us left on that stretch of Oak Island Road. Another exquisite lady has left us with precious memories. Heaven's bountiful blessings to all. Annie

My mother was Marion Walsh. Her cousins in the Courtney family and then their children had a wonderful bond of love and family. Over the years I got to know Bobby very well with the visits between my Mom’s home in Waverley and later in Bedford and us taking Mom to Victor’s when Mabel and Bobby would be there or to their beautiful country home in Avonport. There was always cooking projects going on but time was taken to enjoy each other’s company.The Courtney family will always hold a special place in my heart..May Bobby’s family and friends celebrate this truly beautiful lady and today may her spirit be rejoined with her loved ones in our Father’s Heavenly Home.
