My sincere sympathy to all of Thelma Bent's family. I served with Thelma on the Nova Scotia Rural Beautification Committee - many years ago now!! Thelma and Marion Inglis were a great team when it came to getting things done. And so much fun and friendliness to go along with it. Thelma was a lady to be very proud of and I am sure you will miss her greatly.

So sorry to hear of Thelma's passing. I know the loss as my Mom, DorothyDexter, just passed away last Saturday also. Well think of this, they will see each other in heaven! I remember Thelma as a little bundle of energy with much love for her children and family. As young kids we would play dress up and she would keep us well supplied with various clothes and hats. Had lots of fun hours there playing. Thelma was a driving force in many events held in the Tupperville hall and the big trip every year to the ocean for a community fun day and supper. My heartfelt sympathy in her passing and hugs to all.
