When our father, Bill Wagstaff, married Elsie and she went from being Aunt Elsie to being Grandma Elsie, we gained a wonderful soul. She was kind, smart, funny and the two doted on each other. We send condolences to her family, as we know how greatly you will miss her.

The extended Wagstaff family would like to send our condolences on the passing of Elsie. Her warm home was the site of visits where we always felt most welcome and enjoyed Elsie’s hospitality and chowder with muffins. May she Rest In Peace!

Annie and I were saddened when we received this news. Sadly, another generation comes to an end.

I was shocked when I went to visit my Mom on Wed. and they said Elsie had passed. She and Mom had been room mates. Lovely lady. So kind and soft spoken. She will be truly missed. My and Mom's sympathy is extended to all the family. Rest in Peace beautiful lady.
