Dear Beth and Family, I was so sorry to learn of Gordie's passing. He was a lovely person and it was wonderful to visit you all after you moved from Birch Cove to the farm in the Annapolis Valley. I was so happy you were able to get a horse! Your parents and family were missed. Please know we are thinking of you at the sad time.

My deepest condolences to Gordie’s family. I was the hairstylist at The Meadows, and had cut his hair for over 20 years. He was such a dear, and helped me find others for their cuts, not to mention hold Bruce’s hands to keep him calm during his cut. I have many pages of his colourings and cherish them all. I’m so saddened for your loss. My heart goes out to you all. ❤️

Dear Beth, you may not remember us, we were close neighbours in Birch Cove.
We are so sorry to hear of Gordies passing, he was a good kid. Your mom and dad were fine people, and so kind to our family.
I still have and treasure the quilt your mom gave me as a wedding gift. You have our love we are thinking of you at this difficult time.

Beth, Wayne, Kim, Matt and families, we both have fond memories of Gordie when he lived in Granville Centre and would visit the Connell family with his sister Beth. He would always have so many questions about any car that Ken was driving at the time. He had a big heart and a bigger smile. I know he will be missed by so many people. Sending love to all of you.

Dear Beth and family. I was so sorry to hear of Gordie’s passing. I have so many great memories of Gordie during his time at the Supervised Apartments, The Meadows and Mountain Lea. Ronan was so very fond of Gordie - he called him his best friend. I have a lovely memory of Gordie, along with Ronan, coming to our place at Sand Lake for a couple of BBQ’s. Gordie always had a smile and I know he enjoyed it when I would take Bill in to visit with him while at Mountain Lea. My sincere condolences.

Dear Beth
Sincere condolences to your family. We have known Gordie since your family moved to Granville Centre. He always remembered us, and had lots of questions whenever we would meet. At one time, he lived just up the street from us, and would often pop in for a little visit. Hope you find comfort in knowing that Gordie brought a smile to many of us who had the pleasure to know him. Hugs!
