Your mother was a wonderful lady. She was always so friendly, welcoming and respectful. She took great pleasure in sharing her treats with others. We could not have requested a better roommate for Irene at Grace Haven. Barb will be missed by many.
May peace and blessings be with you all.

My thoughts and prayers are with you on the passing of your sweet mother.
Not long before my mother passed away, she mentioned how lucky she felt to have had a dear friend like Barb with whom she shared so many memories for 40 years. Mom spoke of the simple things like when she would bake cinnamon rolls and call Barb to come over for a warm cinnamon roll and a cup of coffee (tea for my mother of course). And, how the two of them would chat about everything and nothing until it was time for one of them to get back to whatever else was keeping them busy that day. That’s how I picture them today – reunited and chatting about everything and nothing.
May you find comfort in your memories of Barb and in the knowledge that she meant so much to so many people.

To the family of Barbara Clark,
While I never had the privilege of personally knowing your loved one I see she touched many lives through her family and friends, her music, her hobbies and interests, and her involvement with the United Church, in particular her work with the women's Institute. On behalf of the Maritime Conference and myself, I extend our deep appreciation for her many gifts of time, talent, and financial resources over the years, as well as our heartfelt sympathy on her death. May your memories and God's love bring you comfort and sustain you in the days, weeks, and months ahead. In Peace, Rev. Gloria Churchill, President of the Maritime Conference of the United Church of Canada

My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this very difficult time.
I remember Barb playing the organ at the church for choir practice, being at her home on many occasions in which she always made you feel at home.
She was a great lady.
Keep the good memories close to your heats as they will help you all at this very difficult time.
As you all know there is no love like a mother's love, and there will always be an empty spot in you heart, fill it will fun times you had with your Mom.
God Bless

My thoughts are with you with the passing of Mrs Clark. She was always kind to open the doors to the historic church which she belonged for so many years to my motor coach groups as we passed between Annapolis Royal and Bridgetown.

Dear Rick, Anna and family,
I was saddened to hear of Barbara's passing. I worked with Barbara when she was a proof-reader at Mailman Publishing in the early 80's. She had a kind heart, sweet disposition and caring way, and it was a pleasure to have worked with her. May your memories bring you comfort in the coming days, weeks and months. Rest in peace, Barbara.

My heart aches for the three Clark boys on the lost of your mother. Barbara Elizabeth as we loving referred to her in the McNeil family home. While growing up in Upper Granville we spend many a days over at Barb's house. My two sisters and their friends and I spent many a Saturday night watching Hockey Night in Canada with Clint and Barb and then having lunch. Great chocolate cake. My proudest moment was when Peter & Shirley got married and the day after they came to Barb's house. Barb asked me to put some sugar in the sugar bowl. While Shirley's relatives started to drink their tea & coffee they all had a strange look on their face. I had put salt in the sugar bowl. My mother and Barb spent a lot of time with each other and enjoyed each others company and the odd road trip here and there. Both of them became widowed a year a part and I think this bonded them more to each other. Barb we will miss you and now you and Mom can have a great visit up in heaven.
