Hello Roberta....Your loss of Doris will be an enormous one since you spent so much time together in recent years. In reading the postings I gather recent months have been rough ....May you look upon her loss with some degree of comfort knowing she is in a better place. You have years of joy and happiness together to reflect upon. I'm sorry I haven't been in touch....time fleets by far too quickly. My deepest sympathy Roberta....know that I care....hugs, Horace

I had the pleasure of working with Doris for only a couple short months, but I enjoyed every moment of it. She was such a sweetheart, a lovely lady. She was full of pride and wisdom. She'll surely be missed.

Truly a life well lived by a caring and kind soul. Never for a minute did Doris stop being concerned for and caring about her beloved "family" --- their friends were her friends too.
She was the kindest and most sympathetic friend a person could ask for and was so comforting to me when my Mother passed away in 2005.
The world has lost a very upbeat lady with a wonderful spirit. Thinking of you all at this difficult time with sympathy, love and understanding.
I am so sorry for your loss, Roberta. Please accept my sincere condolences. May the God of all comfort sustain you as we all await the promises found in His Holy Word.

We loved our Aunt Doris. Having a kind and gentle spirit, she has always been a source of strength, and support in our family. She loved everthing about her life...her faith, family and friends. She so enjoyed her job with the Niagara Parks Commission and playing cards. Upon arriving in Florida, Walt became ill with flu. We regret that we cannot be with family and friends to celebrate the
well lived life of our dear Aunt. Sending hugs to all
